NUCCA Chiropractic

“This gentle, non-invasive technique was developed more than forty years ago to create a radical new way of healing that can help restore body balance and perfect health. The focus of the NUCCA work is the relationship between the upper cervical spine (neck) and its influence on the central nervous system and brain stem function. It is this relationship that affects every aspect of human function from the feeling sensations in your fingers to regulating hormones, controlling movement, and providing the ability to hear, see, think, and breathe. ”

NUCCA Chiropractic Care is:

With NUCCA Chiropractic there is no “popping” or “cracking” which is traditionally associated with chiropractic.  NUCCA care offers precision and results with a very gentle adjustment.  The gentle approach allows NUCCA Chiropractors to work with people of all ages and even people with a history of spinal surgery where a forceful adjustment is not recommended.  It also helps people relax and allows the adjustment to be received by the body easily.

“Chiropractic is specific or it is nothing.” – BJ Palmer

NUCCA Spinal care is very specifically tailored to the individual through a thorough exam and personalized x-rays.  Additional x-rays are performed following the first few adjustments to ensure your spine is responding as expected.

The key with high quality chiropractic care is not in the adjustment, but in the body’s ability to receive and hold that adjustment.  As a result of the precision of NUCCA Chiropractic, patients tend to need fewer adjustments, holding one adjustment for months and sometimes even years.  Many of our patients get to a point where they can come in 3-4 times a year for checkups.

NUCCA Chiropractic care is one of only a few chiropractic methods that has shown it can change overall body function. In 2007 NUCCA was featured in The Journal of Human Hypertension for a pilot study that showed a connection between spinal imbalance and certain types of high blood pressure.  In our practice we have been able to help people improve a variety of symptoms simply by correcting simple alignment and allowing the body time to heal.
